Even though we have a holistic approach towards each application, the actual admission also depends on the applicant pool. </p> <p>Please note that the average GMAT score in the IT applicant pool is 730. A good score strengthens your application but does not guarantee admission while a low score does not necessarily mean exclusion. (Quant:49, Verbal:30). Here, I may mention that I couldn't complete the Quant section and in the test and hence my score came down a great deal...(should I mention this in the optional essay as well?)<br /> My profile is something as follows:<br /> MCA:79% from IP University<br /> BSc:69% DU<br /> 12th:75%<br /> 10th:80%</p> <p>Having 3 and 1/2 years of IT work exp as of now.
