My GMAT score is 640(76%) - Q-42 &#38; V-37 and AWA - 3.5. My academics are not that great. 10th - 90%, 12th - 59.83% and Grad - 49 %. I scored less due to some personal problems in grad and 12th. </p> <p>I have effective 3 yrs of work ex. I had my own venture for the first 1.5 yrs and have had successful stints in start up companies as BD manager. I am also involved in lot of social ventures, mainly rural development, child empowerment and substance abuse. I have had considerable experience in this. </p> <p>At present I am working on another venture which is internet based, and a short story collection that i have written has been shortlisted for publication. </p> <p>What are my chances of getting into ISB, considering my low acads &#38; AWA scores </p>
