Difference in applying for cycle 1 and 2.

Hi,

I wanted to apply for ISB 2010 batch. I am planning to take my GMAT in mid-september 2009. I heard many of them saying that ppl applying for cycle 1 will be given more preference than those applying for cycle2. As i am planning to take GMAT in september, i can apply for cycle 2 only and i am anxious to know the priorities given for ppl applying to cycle 1 and 2.

The intake is 50-50 for cycle 1 and cycle 2
