After completing my B.Com (H) from Delhi University, i have done my 3 years of full time internship. My final result for CA is awaited and is expected to be out by the end of July'09. I just want to know whether i am eligible to apply for ISB i.e. will my internship be considered as work experience

Yes, Internship is considered as work exp for CAs if the same is after graduation which is in your case.
