Is My experience valid?
Dear Hima Bindu,
It’s a great time for all of us who ever want to get in to ISB. Who can directly contact admin department and gets clarify their doubts. Thank you very much providing your valuable time with us.
My experience is:
I have done my MCA – 2008 pass out and I got selected for CTS. Due to recession period my date of joining is delayed. In the mean while I worked as an Aptitude trainer in Globarena technologies and I got 7 months exp. On Jun 27th 2009 I have joined in CTS – Hyderabad and I am working till today.
My family back ground and qualification are:
I came from a non educational back ground and rural place; I have done my SSC in Govt High school with 52%, Inter with 61.6% in a rural place and also in Telugu medium. In intermediate I have wasted one year due to I have failed in English twice.
Later I took as a challenge and I have done my graduation in B.SC (CS ) with 84.67% and stood College First. After that I got 768th rank out of 1lack students attended in ICET-2005 and I joined in MCA and completed with 69.17%.
My Extra Curricular activities are:
I am very much interested in seminars, Paper presentation, social and cultural activities. In fact I am the coordinator in my graduation and also in MCA.
I have attended around 7 to 8 technical events and I won 4 first prizes and other participation certificates. I am actively participating in CTS also. I am member of M2K (Meet Toward Kindness) a social awareness program. And I am member of Chiranjevi blood bank, donated ten times.
I, myself will conduct class for students on higher education and social awareness in my degree college freely every year.
My doubts are:
1) Is my 7 months of Training experience will count?
2) With my average percentages what score of GMAT is preferable?
3) I read your replays when you gave others. You have mention about the ”recommendations“ what are these recommendations?
4) My dream is to give the best education to our village and poor people in India. Is there any way can to get any kind of help from ISB or from any one through ISB support.
Sorry my topic is too lengthy, kindly clarify my doubts. Thank you very much for spending your valuable time with me.
Thanks & Regards,
