Having experience of 6 years ( 1year in Asian Paints and 5 years in Hindustan Unilever Ltd) in marketing.
Unfortunately I scored 590 marks in G-mat. Is there a chance in ISB. Infact my Regional manager will give recommendation for me

However ISB focuses on following parameters:
Leadership Potential
Diversity
Academic Background and Analytical Ability
Work Experience
But above all, the ISB values the quality of the work experience gained by individuals and not just the number of years they have been working in a certain sector.
I'll suggest you to be prepared ,for describing your backgrounds and provide details on how you can contribute to the classroom experience.
