I gave my GMAT twice. In first attempt I got 310 and in second attempt I got 370.The university in which I want to get admission demands for 500+. So, giving GMAT for third time will make any effect on the university selection procedure.?

It is entirely depends on admission cell. They can take it as positive or negative.
