What is the right time to give GMAT ?

I am planning to give GMAT exam in March. What is the right time to give GMAT exam ? Shall I be able to apply in aug-sep 2008 batch?

If you wish to take admission in top B school in USA then deadlines goes like this

1 round November
2 round January
3 round March

Beside this there are some more decent b-school where deadlines goes till May.

Dont believe too much on that but follow months thread and some good questions. It will pay you later.
