What is the value of the integer k?
(1) k + 3 > 0
(2) k^4 =< 0

A. Statement (1) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (2) alone is not sufficient.
B. Statement (2) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (1) alone is not sufficient.
C. BOTH statements TOGETHER are sufficient, but NEITHER statement ALONE is sufficient.
D. EACH statement ALONE is sufficient.
E. Statements (1) and (2) TOGETHER are NOT sufficient

    My answer is C. As the only value that satifies both (1) & (2) is 0.

    Value = 0

    B. alone is sufficient. As any number to the power of 4 can be positive or equal to zero. so k has to be zero.

    By combining the statements: -3<k<=0.
    SO doesnt that mean that k can have values between -2,-1 and 0??
    Please correct me if i am wrong.
