    III. Real quick way to figure this one out is that 1/91 will result in the largest number out of the range given (it being .0110 when rounded.) knowing that is the largest you can multiply that by 10 (the amount of numbers in the given range) and the result is .1099. This being the highest number multiplied 10 times and knowing that the actual result will be lower than .1099, Option III is the only one which will give meets these requirements. Also, it is helpful to know that 1/100, or the the lowest number in the range, multiplied by 10 will give you option III.
