S and P are independent events. Is the probability that S and P occur together less than 40%?

1). The probability that S will occur is 0.36
2). The probability that P will not occur is 0.61

    S = 0.36 => S*P will never be greater than 0.36 (0.4 is greater than 0.36)

    lly P = .39, and S*P will never be > 0.39 (.4 is > .39)

    so both independently can answer the q !
