    the answer is A.
    it is not B orC coz these answers contain ‘those’.what does ‘those’ refer to? this pronoun does not have an antecedent.so these choices are wrong

    A…….comparison has to be between “Numbers” but not with someone’s attributes such as height, weight etc….hence B,C are not possible…..whereas D,E are absolutely wrong for this sentence.

    C – since we are comparing numbers and hence have to use ‘Equal’
    ‘Equivalent on the other hand compares value, measure, force, effect, significance or corresponding in position, function values.
