    3p2 = 6
    rest of the places 8-2 = 6
    and there is 6! permutations for remaining 6 letters
    so 6!*6 = 4329

    B)

    We have 3 consonants which can be fixed in 6 ways.
    for the other 6 letters, we have 6! ways.
    so 6! * 6 = 4320
